Wait List
Individuals seeking housing may experience a waiting period due to the limited availability of units. Because demand often exceeds the number of homes currently open, applicants are placed on a waitlist to ensure fair and orderly access as spaces become available. While this process can take time, joining the waitlist is an important first step toward securing stable housing. Staff are available to answer questions, provide updates, and connect individuals with additional resources that may help during the waiting period.
People who are closest to a problem are usually best able to solve it. That’s why CES partners with local landlords who believe in building stronger, safer communities from the bottom up. We help fuel their innovation, expand their reach, and amplify their impact to help remove housing barriers.
